Аннотация
The results of a study of 373 cases of male sterility in Tunisia are presented. Factors with negative effects on fertility are listed according to their incidence: hypogonadism, gonococci infection, following varicocele and excessive smoking. Important is; early diagnosis of venereal disease and its effective treatment; examination and treatment of men with cryptorchism (systematic examination of genital organs in childhood); availability of necessary technical means for the detection of varicoceles; finally the diagnosis and treatment of immunologic sterility factors.
