Аннотация
Endophytic fungi have emerged as a crucial resource for medicinal drug development. The genus Aspergillus, in particular, has yielded diverse bioactive secondary metabolites. In this study, we isolated nine steroids, five peniciversiols, and two aspergilosidols from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus sp. TZS-Y4. Among these, six steroids-camphoratins K-O (1-6) and one aspergilosidol, eupenoxide B (15), were identified as novel compounds. Their structures were elucidated through comprehensive NMR spectroscopy, HR-MS/MS analysis, experimental ECD, and calculated ECD data. Anti-inflammatory activity was assessed via an LPS-induced NO release assay in RAW264.7 cells, with compound 5 showing significant inhibitory effects.
