The mean follow-up was 13.2 months (6 to 24 months). Overall, 70% of patients were improved or cures including 80% of cases of stress incontinence. These results need to be interpreted in relation to the characteristics of this population. This technique is rapid, easy to perform and is not associated with any serious complications. It warrants a place in the range of surgical treatments for female urinary incontinence.
