[Andrological results in Turner-Noonan syndrome].

The Turner-Noonan-syndrome, observed in five patients is discussed. The andrologist must be informed about the symptoms of this disorder because he has to supervise androgen substitution therapy. Particular attention is stressed on the deformities of the genitals (hypospadias). The histological picture of testicular biopsies shows a great variety, which is considered as expression of the polydysmorphia. In one case it became evident that the knowledge and advice of the physician are of high importance for the social life and professional training of these patients.
