[Delivery in cases with anomalous uterus].

Basing themselves in 25 cases, the authors have reviewed the problems arising in delivery when the uterus is anomalous. After having mentioned present classifications, they have listed the main situations that can occur at the momment of parturition (premature delivery, anomalous presentation, and mechanical dynamic dystocia, accidents at delivery, problems special to scarred uteri). They concluded in to-day's improvement of maternal as well as fetal prognosis in these cases.
