Аннотация
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of Huyin decoction on acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 in mice.
METHODS: The model of acute hepatic injury induced by CCl4 was used. The levels of ALT and AST in serum were detected. And histopathology of liver was observed.
RESULTS: Huyin decoction could decrease ALT and AST in serum and hepatic histopathological injury of the acute hepatic injury mice.
CONCLUSION: Huyin decoction possessed protective effect on acute hepatic injury in mice.
