Аннотация
A bicuspid aortic valve (BAV) is one of the most common congenital heart anomalies. Although each annuloaortic ectasia (AAE) and malformation of the left coronary artery has been described as a complication of BAV, no case associated with both abnormalities has been reported previously. We present here a very rare case of congenital BAV complicated by AAE and the anomalous origin of the left coronary artery.
