Аннотация
In this case report, a patient with multiple sclerosis undergoing natalizumab therapy experienced acute unilateral vision loss. In immunosuppressed patients, an infectious etiology should be considered and confirmed through diagnostic sampling. Antiviral therapy is indicated early on if acute retinal necrosis is clinically suspected. The evidence regarding treatment duration and routes of administration is currently limited and heterogeneous, necessitating an individualized treatment strategy tailored to clinical findings and immune status.
