Аннотация
A variety of factors, such as federal protective labor legislation and unionism, have pushed personnel administration into the forefront of hospital management. The added responsibility brought on by these factors and the growing number of people entering the field have created a burgeoning profession that will require guidance with regard to ethical principles of practice. The following article presents one example of a code of ethics for hospital personnel administrators.
