Аннотация
Neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury (SCI) is common and often refractory to treatment. Scrambler Therapy (ST) is a noninvasive neuromodulation approach that delivers synthetic "nonpain" signals via cutaneous electrodes. We report 2 cases of SCI-related neuropathic pain treated with ST. One patient experienced transient and inconsistent relief, while the other achieved substantial, durable improvement with functional recovery and complete response after retreatment. ST was well tolerated with minimal adverse effects. These cases highlight variable response and support further study of ST as a potential treatment for refractory SCI-related neuropathic pain.
