[Secondary metabolites of endophytic fungus Talaromyces pinophilus NY4 from Gonostegia hirta].
Аннотация
This study investigated the secondary metabolites and their biological activities of the endophytic fungus Talaromyces pinophilus NY4 from Gonostegia hirta. The secondary metabolites of T. pinophilus NY4 were separated and purified by silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 chromatography. The structures of all compounds were determined by spectroscopic analysis(NMR, mass spectrometry, etc.) and literature data comparison. A total of 11 compounds were isolated from this fungus and identified as talusacid A(1),(S)-(-)-sydowic acid(2), hydroxysydonic acid(3), hamacellone B(4), fischexanthone(5), ternethanoxin A(6), acremolin 5a(7), sydowiols D(8), sydowiols E(9), 5,5'-oxybis(3-methylphenol)(10), and dibutyl phthalate(11). Compound 1 is a new bisabolane-type sesquiterpene. The antioxidant activities of the compounds were evaluated based on the DPPH, ABTS, and ·OH free radical scavenging abilities. Disk diffusion tests were conducted to investigate the antimicrobial activities of the compounds. The results showed that compounds 6, 8, and 9 had the stronger DPPH, ABTS and OH free radical scavenging abilities, with IC_(50) values of 0.037-1.015 mmol·L~(-1). Compounds 5 and 6 showed inhibitory activities against Staphylococcus aureus, with inhibition zone diameters of(11.73±0.56) and(15.1±0.31) mm, respectively.
