Аннотация

The conversion of hydrogen energy is a major demand for the sustainable and rapid development of future society. However, the current development of green hydrogen energy is severely restricted by the slow progress of core technologies. Based on this, our study is based on the research of new catalytic systems and has established a high-density active interface with metal atoms arranged densely. It has solved the kinetic limitation issue of OER. The result has achieved a perfect preparation by the combination of growing transition metal cobalt and rare earth cerium oxides (Co-CeOx) on the surface of graphdiyne (GDY). Under the strong induction of GDY, a clearly structured high-density metal atom interface was formed. Such an atomic heterostructure maximally exposes the active sites and enables dynamic reversible incomplete charge transfer at the interface, significantly promoting the adsorption of key intermediates. The Co-CeOx/GDY catalyst exhibits outstanding oxygen evolution reaction (OER) performance under alkaline conditions with a small overpotential of 161 mV at 10 mA cm-2 and a high turnover frequency of 2.38 O2 s-1 at 300 mV. Our result demonstrates that the implementation of support material engineering has the ability to create advanced metal atom interfaces and promote the strategic development of next-generation electrocatalysts.
