These 10 strategies only scratch the surface of the operational issues emerging from the transition to PPS. PPS allows you to be creative in your approach to providing the services to patients that they truly need. As we gain more experience with PPS, we will identify additional strategies for meeting our patients needs, improving customer satisfaction, and achieving positive outcomes efficiently and effectively.
