[Reinventing Care: Collaborative Innovation at the Heart of Mental Health Between Interdisciplinary Practices and the Voices of Patient Partners].

Collaboration with patient partners (PP) in mental health has become an essential practice, spurred by public policy and participatory research methods. Alliance en Santé Mentale du Québec, inspired by the principles of open science, actively promotes this involvement within the Centre de recherche de l'Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (CR-IUSMM). To mark the occasion of the CR-IUSMM's 30th anniversary, a committee of PPs conducted a series of interviews with key stakeholders involved with the Centre to explore their experiences, challenges, and perspectives regarding the patient-research partnership. In this article, we highlight the transformations and lessons learned from these collaborations.
