Аннотация
Kyle Freeman, a gay Canadian man, is challenging in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice the constitutionality of the Canadian Blood Services' (CBS') lifetime ban on men who have sex with men (MSM). He claims that the questionnaire used by the agency to screen out unsuitable donors violates his equality rights' under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms (Charter).
