Аннотация
This study investigated how basketball techniques at different running speeds affect the risk of knee joint injuries. The results showed that the vertical ground reaction force significantly increased with velocity, and the peak loading rate sharply increased from 9.81 ± 2.09BW/s-36.24 ± 8.84BW/s. The contact time is correspondingly shortened (326.13 ± 34.16ms-110.95 ± 21.87ms). Finite element analysis shows that the stress on the patella, femoral cartilage, and meniscus reaches its peak at the highest speed. The above results indicate that increasing running speed increases the risk of knee injury through higher impact force, faster load rate, and stress concentration.
