Аннотация
OBJECTIVE: This study aimed to examine the factors affecting the user satisfaction of smart home services post operation, for individuals who have a disability and an annual income below established low-income thresholds.
MATERIALS AND METHODS: Forty-eight participants with disabilities were subjected to smart home service testing. After about three months of use, a survey was conducted on the participants.
RESULTS: The results showed that the participants' subjective health status did not significantly affect their satisfaction with using smart home services. In addition, through mediating effect analysis, perceived usefulness significantly mediated this relationship, indicating an inconsistent mediation effect in which indirect effects were significant while the direct effect was not. However, perceived familiarity with smart home devices had a positive relationship with subjective health status, but no significant effect on user satisfaction.
CONCLUSION: Through the results of this study, theoretical and practical implications for the provision of smart home services for people with disabilities were proposed.
