Аннотация
The very recent concept of parental burn-out is defined as the result of an imbalance between parental stressors and the resources to overcome them, but its origins cannot be explained by the sole historical renegotiation of this tension. Other dynamics - scientific, socio-political or cultural - need to be understood in order to gain a better understanding of the socio-historical dimensions underlying parental exhaustion as it appears today.
