A Clearer View of the Organizations Directing Obstetrics and Gynecology Graduate Medical Education.

This article explores the purpose and scope of three key organization types in the field of obstetrics and gynecology that guide residency and fellowship training and establish training requirements: 1) the certifying boards, 2) the specialty societies, and 3) the residency and fellowship training program accrediting bodies.
