Primary Health Care, work and stress of nursing professionals: a synthesis of evidence.
Аннотация
OBJECTIVES
to map the characteristics of work-related stress among nurses working in Primary Health Care.
METHODS
a scoping review, conducted in 2024, with evidence tracking in six health databases, namely Embase, PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, LILACS, and SciELO.
RESULTS
a total of 13 selected articles showed that the assessed outcome is related to psychological, emotional, and personal issues. However, it was more evident when related to attributes of work, organization, management, and the system.
CONCLUSIONS
studies indicate that the stress experienced by nurses in Primary Health Care was characterized by poor working conditions and work overload, lack of professional qualifications, interpersonal conflicts, high psychological demands, high professional requirements, lack of social support, and scarcity of human, financial, and material resources.
