Аннотация
Recently, Guidelines for the Management of Hypertension of Japanese Society of Hypertension (JSH2009) has been reported. JSH2009 shows the treatment strategy of hypertension by risk stratification-system examined based on a cardiovascular prognosis. We examined a utility and validity of this risk stratification-system. The subjects included 2,000 Tanno-Sobetsu study residents, with no history of cardiovascular events nor medication of hypertension. Among the all subjects, any cases of cardiovascular events were observed during 13 years of follow-up. The analysis revealed statistically significant linear increases in cardiovascular events according to the level from low to high of the risk stratification-system. The results show the utility and validity in the hypertensive practice risk stratification-system shown in JSH2009.
