[Chinese expert consensus on the clinical interpretation of allergen specific IgE test results (2026)].
Аннотация
IgE-mediated type I hypersensitivity is the primary pathogenesis of allergic diseases. Allergen-specific IgE (sIgE) testing is now widely used in clinical practice, and the correct clinical interpretation of test results is a prerequisite for the standardized diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases. In 2022, the expert panel drafted Chinese expert consensus on the clinical interpretation of allergen specific IgE test, establishing interpretation pathways for various clinical scenarios, which significantly improved clinicians' ability to interpret results correctly. In recent years, component resolved diagnosis (CRD) has been gradually applied in clinical practice, becoming an important tool for precise diagnosis and personalized treatment. This updated consensus, based on the 2022 version and incorporating clinical practice and evidence-based medicine, provides supplements and updates regarding sIgE testing methodologies, test items, and clinical interpretation. Notably, it establishes detailed clinical pathways for the interpretation of CRD. It aims to provide clinical guidance for allergists, related specialists, laboratory physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
