Аннотация
Endoscopy training requires technical skill, sound judgment, and professional behavior. The see one, do one, teach one model has limitations for safety and learning opportunities. The aim of the study is to review educational theories that strengthen endoscopy training and translate them into practical strategies. The authors examined learning, cognitive load theory, and motor skill acquisition, applying them to education practices. Approaches such as simulation-based learning, deliberate practice, and mastery learning were considered for skill development and assessment. Educational theory guides safer curricula; simulation and mastery learning enable competence, with VR/AI potential.
