Аннотация

Over the past half century, endoscopy education has evolved from a personal craft to a global discipline. This narrative reflection traces that journey-from the early, unstructured apprenticeship era to today's call for scientific, standardized teaching. Through five decades of experience, it highlights the challenges of tradition-bound methods, the pivotal role of technology, and the urgent need for transformation through structured curricula, deliberate practice, and faculty development. The future of endoscopy education depends not only on innovation but also on our collective commitment to teach better, together.
