Аннотация

PURPOSE: To construct a cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing program for patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with acute myocardial infarction, providing nurses with scientific and practical behavioral guidance.

METHODS

A literature review and intra-group discussions were employed to preliminarily construct a nursing program in the cardiac catheterization laboratory. The program content underwent two rounds of expert consultation involving 15 specialists to refine the proposal, ultimately forming the final version of the cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing program. The scientific and practical validity of the program is evaluated using the following metrics: expert positivity, expert authority coefficient, Kendall's coefficient of concordance, and concentration of expert opinions.

RESULTS

The final cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing program consists of three phases, encompassing a total of 30 items. The response rate for two rounds of expert consultation reached an impressive 100%. Expert authority coefficients were 0.983 and 0.980, respectively. The Kendall's coefficient of concordance was 0.206 and 0.162 (P < 0.001), with high importance scores ranging from 4.13 to 5.00. Concurrently, acceptable coefficients of variation and full-score rates were achieved, indicating substantial expert consensus.

CONCLUSION

The cardiac catheterization laboratory nursing program for patients undergoing PCI with acute myocardial infarction is a scientific and reliable approach, demonstrating practical significance and specialized characteristics. It helps ensure patient safety and improves the quality of care in the cardiac intervention laboratory.
