The post traumatic stress management course at RN Hospital, Haslar.

A rehabilitation programme for PTSD sufferers has been in operation at the RN Hospital, Haslar, for eight years. During this time a large database has accumulated, comprising a wide range of materials, including case histories and assessments. For this initial evaluation of the course's efficacy, the data from three standard mental health assessment instruments were examined. Scores on all measures revealed considerable reductions in symptoms over the duration of the course, with some statistically significant improvements maintained at follow-up.
