Аннотация
OBJECTIVE: To explore the clinical efficacy of two different anticoagulants in preventing lower limb venous thrombosis after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) surgery, providing theoretical and research basis for future clinical treatment.
METHODS: A total of 189 patients who underwent ACL reconstruction surgery from January 2022 to January 2023 in the Department of Sports Medicine at the Sixth Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and divided into two groups: the nadroparin calcium group (n = 94) and the enoxaparin sodium group (n = 95). Basic data and surgical-related indicators including operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hospital stay, total hospitalization cost, postoperative lower limb color Doppler ultrasound results, coagulation function, blood routine, and neutrophilic granulocyte lipoprotein determination were compared and analyzed preoperatively, and at postoperative days 1 and 7, and 1 month.
RESULTS: The number of patients with deep vein thrombosis and intramuscular vein thrombosis after surgery in the nadroparin calcium group was less than that in the enoxaparin sodium group, showing significant differences (P < 0.05). There was a significant difference in neutrophilic granulocyte lipoprotein levels between the two groups at 1 month postoperatively, with statistical significance (P < 0.05). The nadroparin calcium group showed smaller values of activated partial thromboplastin time at 1 month postoperatively, fibrinogen at postoperative days 7 and 1 month, and D-dimer at postoperative days 7 and 1 month compared to the enoxaparin sodium group, with significant differences and statistical significance (P < 0.05). There were no significant differences in other remaining indicators (P > 0.05), indicating no statistical significance.
CONCLUSION: Prophylactic use of LMWH during ACLR surgery is a feasible measure for preventing lower limb deep vein thrombosis. Among LMWH options, nadroparin calcium seems to have better efficacy in reducing the incidence of lower limb DVT and improving coagulation indices compared to enoxaparin sodium.
