Аннотация
The perioperative management of gastric cancer is a crucial factor influencing patient prognosis. The traditional model has limitations such as fragmented data and delayed intervention, which are unable to meet the refined requirements of the accelerated rehabilitation surgery concept. The multi-parameter vital sign monitoring system and the entire-process management platform developed by Jiang Zhiwei's team integrate artificial intelligence wearable devices and digital platforms to achieve continuous collection, real-time warning, and multidisciplinary collaborative management of physiological parameters during the perioperative period of gastric cancer. From the perspective of surgeons, this article systematically elaborates the concept framework of the entire-process management of gastric cancer perioperative period, introduces the core components and surgical application value of intelligent monitoring technology, analyzes the implementation strategies for each stage including preoperative assessment, perioperative regulation, postoperative rehabilitation, and follow-up after discharge, and discusses the clinical value and existing challenges of this model based on evidence-based references, providing practical references for the entire-process, intelligent management of gastric cancer perioperative period led by surgeons.
