Аннотация
Bowel obstruction caused by intraluminal colorectal cancer metastasis to the small bowel is a very rare event. Clinical symptoms are nonspecific and vary greatly. Most cases are diagnosed as metachronous metastasis after primary curative cancer treatment. Segmental small bowel resection with primary anastomosis is a safe and effective therapy in patients with mechanical bowel obstruction because of intraluminal metastasis.
