Аннотация
This article presents a scoping review of psychosocial interventions designed for caregivers of individuals with neuromuscular diseases, aiming to examine their characteristics and outcomes. A total of 1403 articles were screened across three databases (PubMed, Scopus, and Web of Science), supplemented by reference tracking. Eighteen studies met the inclusion criteria. The interventions were grounded in diverse frameworks, including mindfulness, various psychotherapeutic approaches, and case management. Overall, findings showed mixed but generally beneficial effects on caregiver burden, self-efficacy, and social support, while consistent improvements in quality of life were not observed. Additionally, studies reported that the interventions were feasible and acceptable for participants. In conclusion, these interventions play a critical role for caregivers. Evidence supports their feasibility and applicability, and caregivers consistently value them. The review further underscores the need for future research focusing on caregivers of individuals with specific neuromuscular diagnoses.
