Artificial intelligence, noninvasive imaging, and molecular profiling are improving skin cancer assessment, but technological progress alone does not guarantee better care. The papers highlighted in this issue examine digital detection, advanced imaging, melanoma recognition, and molecular prognosis, emphasizing that progress depends on validated tools, timely clinical evaluation, and careful interpretation.
