Аннотация
PURPOSE: To evaluate the therapeutic effects of autocorneoscleral reconstruction for the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
METHODS: Autocorneoscleral reconstruction were performed on 22 cases (22 eyes) with recurrent pterygium.
RESULTS: Tweuty-two cases have stable corneal epithelial healing and transparent graft, no recurred pterygium was found after the operation.
CONCLUSIONS: Autocorneoscleral reconstruction is effective and safe for the treatment of recurrent pterygium.
