Аннотация
This is a case report of a 29-year-old man referred for urological evaluation of a mass in the left testicle. Testicular cancer was suspected, and appropriate steps were taken. However, histological examination of biopsies showed granulomatous inflammation. During follow-up, due to systemic symptoms, a PET/CT was made showing clear signs of sarcoidosis. Sarcoidosis is a chronic granulomatous disease with a wide array of presentations capable of affecting every organ. Testicular sarcoidosis is very rare, and knowledge of this diagnosis is paramount to correct identification at an early stage.
