Аннотация

Infectious abdominal aortic aneurysm (IAAA) arises from the combined effects of aortic wall degeneration, immune dysregulation, and microbial invasion. The widespread adoption of endovascular aortic repair (EVAR) has increased the proportion of iatrogenic and occult cases, leading to shifts in epidemiological patterns. Diagnosis requires an integrated assessment of clinical manifestations, inflammatory markers, microbiological evidence, and imaging findings from CT angiography and PET-CT; molecular pathogen detection techniques can further enhance diagnostic accuracy. Treatment centers on antimicrobial therapy, percutaneous drainage, and surgical intervention. Open surgery remains the traditional gold standard, while EVAR may serve as a bridging strategy for critically ill patients. Multidisciplinary collaboration is associated with improved clinical outcomes. This article systematically reviews the epidemiological characteristics, pathogenesis, diagnostic strategies, therapeutic advances, and preventive measures of IAAA, and to provide evidence-based references for standardized clinical management.
