Listening to the Fields: Using Patient Satisfaction Data and Needs Assessment to Improve Rural Clinical Care for Agricultural and Meat Processing Workers in the Midwest.

This report describes how patient satisfaction surveys and focus group findings were used across three federally qualified health center clinics in Iowa to identify gaps in care and implement tailored quality improvement strategies to better serve migrant and seasonal agricultural and meat processing workers in the Midwest.
