Аннотация
Results of treatment of 148 patients, in whom deep veins thrombosis of v. cava inferior (VCI) system had occurred, were analyzed. Cava-filter (CF) was applied in 50 patients. CF "Osot" and temporary CF-thrombextractor were implanted for pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE) prophylaxis. Temporary CF-thrombextractors were implanted in 41 (66%) patients, the current CF "Osot"--in 21 (44%), the temporary one "Osot"--in 21 (44%), temporary CF with subsequent change for current one--in 12 (19%). The PTE recurrence was not observed, the VCI thrombosis had occurred after CF implantation in 3.2% of observations.
