Аннотация
Immunocytochemistry is a common method to visually detect the localization of target proteins in cells or tissues using fluorescent dyes conjugated to antibodies. Especially in the field of cancer therapeutics, it is used to visualize and analyze the localization of target proteins in cancer cells and their interactions with other immune cells. In this chapter, we describe a protocol to detect how T cell-dependent bispecific antibodies (TDBs) cross-link cancer cells and T cells. We focus on the adhesion molecules involved in the cross-linking between cells by TDBs and provide a quick and easy method for visualization.
