Аннотация
An effective and operationally simple copper-promoted coupling-cyclization reaction has been developed for the synthesis of polysubstituted acyl quinazolinones. This transformation utilizes readily available gem-difluoroalkenes as starting materials and proceeds through dual C-F bond cleavage under relatively mild copper-promoted conditions, enabling the preparation of a diverse range of substrates compatible with a range of functional groups.
