Mandibular and maxillary lesions are common imaging findings, which pose a unique diagnostic challenge as dental pathology overlaps that of the remainder of the oral cavity. This review will guide radiologists in the interpretation of benign and malignant odontogenic and non odontogenic neoplasms.
