Аннотация
Behçet's disease is a systemic inflammatory vasculitis that can involve vessels of any size, with pulmonary artery aneurysms representing a rare but potentially fatal complication. Hemoptysis is the most common presentation and may recur despite medical or interventional therapy. We report a 38-year-old man with Behçet's disease and a history of right pulmonary artery aneurysm treated with endovascular coil embolization and ongoing immunosuppressive therapy, who presented with recurrent hemoptysis. He was managed with supportive care, high-dose corticosteroid pulse therapy, and continuation of biologic immunosuppressants. Hemoptysis resolved, and follow-up imaging was planned to monitor disease progression. Pulmonary artery involvement in BD demands a patient-specific, integrated management strategy combining medical therapy, interventional procedures, and careful monitoring to prevent fatal complications and ensure long-term disease control.
