Аннотация
OBJECTIVE: In order to investigate the factors which affect the operative treatment effect of FESS.
METHOD: 215 cases suffered functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) from May 1994 to December 1997 were analysed.
RESULT: The clinical curative rate was 75.8% and the improving rate was 96.3%.
CONCLUSION: The effect shows that surgical procedure is closely related to following factors: mechanic of operation, drugs taken in pre-operation, kinds of anesthsia, clinical stage of chronic sinusitis, nasal poplys and skill of surgeons.
