Introduction: pancreatic tumors represent a malignant disease of the digestive system. Objective: to evaluate the effectiveness of a cross-dimensional integrated perioperative health management intervention on patients with pancreatic tumors. Methods: a cohort of 112 patients with pancreatic tumors who underwent surgery between January 2023 and April 2025 were selected and randomly assigned in equal numbers to a control group (n = 56) and an intervention group (n = 56) using the random number table method. The control group received routine postoperative management, whereas the intervention group received multidimensional, comprehensive health management. Results: compared with the control group, the intervention group exhibited shorter times to oral fluid intake, urethral catheter removal, first flatus, first defecation, and first ambulation (p < 0.05), whereas the time to gastric tube removal did not differ significantly between the groups (p > 0.05). Post-intervention levels of serum transferrin, albumin, and hemoglobin decreased in both groups compared with baseline values (p < 0.05); however, the reductions were less pronounced in the intervention group (p < 0.05). Scores on the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression Scale also decreased in both groups after the intervention (p < 0.05), with greater reductions observed in the intervention group (p < 0.05). The overall incidence of postoperative complications did not differ significantly between the groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: the application of multidimensional health management strategy positively affects postoperative nutritional status and mobility in patients undergoing pancreatic tumor surgery.
