[Dependence of a recurrence rate of a growing in nail from the choice of the operative intervention method and preoperative preparation].

The investigation results on dependence of the growing in nail recurrence rate from the choice of the operative intervention method and preoperative preparation are adduced. There were operated on 73 patients. The 1/3 nail plate resection, excision of pathologic granulations and the nail bed, the nail bed plasty were performed in 51 patients. In preoperative preparation there were used the baths, containing a decoction of a Wormwood bitter and antiseptic preparation--1% spirituous solution of chlorophyllypte--locally in a form of bandages.
