Аннотация
Selecting and routing patients with Parkinson's disease (PD) for interventional therapies (IT) is challenging. A systematic review of available PubMed publications was conducted to identify the criteria for selecting patients with PD for IT, including deep brain stimulation (DBS) and levodopa-carbidopa intestinal gel (LCIG), as well as to assess the available scales and tools that facilitate the timely referral of patients. The advantages and disadvantages of the currently available scales and questionnaires for IT selection were analyzed, including MANAGE-PD, D-DATS, the Florida Surgical Questionnaire for Parkinson's Disease (FLASQ-PD), and the Stimulus instrument. The proper selection of patients for IT in PD is a multifaceted process based on a comprehensive assessment of the patient's condition. Assessment scales help to develop more accurate and informed decisions, ultimately improving patients' treatment outcomes and quality of life. Further research is needed to improve these tools.
