Аннотация
The long-term success of endodontically treated teeth depends on the integrity and adaptation of the post-and-core restoration. Advances in computer-aided design and computer-aided manufacturing (CAD-CAM) technologies have enabled the fabrication of accurate custom posts, optimizing adaptation and biomechanical performance. This clinical report presents the 6-year follow-up of a severely compromised maxillary anterior tooth restored using a fully integrated chairside digital workflow. The protocol involved guided and conservative fiber-post removal, endodontic retreatment, periodontal surgery, and prosthetic rehabilitation with a custom CAD-CAM-fabricated, glass-fiber post-and-core and a leucite-reinforced ceramic crown. This treatment highlighted the potential of advanced digitally assisted dentistry to improve precision, efficiency, and long-term success in complex restorative treatments.
