[State of nucleic acids in periodontal tissue in periodontosis and periodontitis].

Based on the analysis of the published literature and the author's personal experimental and clinical investigations, significant changes are shown in the parodontium tissues content of nucleic acids in parodontosis and parodontitis. The above changes are regarded as initial links of disturbances underlying dystrophic-inflammatory processes. The study of localization, content of nucleic acids in tissues of the parodontuim will permit prognosticating the development of parodontitis and parodontosis and can serve as a criterion for gaining insight into the mechanism of pathogenesis of the conditions under consideration.
