Аннотация
Two cases of coronary artery fistulas diagnosed during coronary angiography are reported and symptomatology of this disease is discussed. The first described patient suffered mainly from chest pain and dyspnoe, the second - from paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Indications for pharmacological and surgical treatment are discussed.
