Аннотация
With the rapid expansion of small molecule inhibitors (SMIs) in oncology, the incidence and complexity of dermatologic adverse events (dAEs) have significantly risen1. While SMIs target essential oncogenic pathways, they frequently result in dermatologic toxicities that can impact patient quality of life and lead to dose reduction, treatment interruption, or discontinuation of life-prolonging therapy1. Effective management of these toxicities is critical not only for preserving skin integrity but also for ensuring ongoing oncologic treatment. Part II of this CME discusses guidance on oncodermatologic management for dermatologic toxicities due to SMIs.
