Аннотация
An innovative streptomycin-specific electrochemical sensor was successfully established using a dual-recognition model based on the integration of molecular imprinting technology with aptamer affinity recognition. The functional interface was fabricated with a MXene/AuNPs composite covered by the specific aptamer and electropolymerized dopamine-imprinted film. Under the optimized conditions, the electrochemical sensor demonstrated a wide linear range from 1.0 × 10-12 mol/L to 1.0 × 10-4 mol/L with a detection limit of 0.0316 pmol/L for streptomycin. With the developed sensor, specific, rapid and accurate monitoring of streptomycin residues in milk samples was successfully achieved. The recoveries varied from 88.0 % to 105.8 % with relative standard deviations ranging from 1.7 % to 2.3 %. Overall, with the remarkable performance, the integration of MIPs with aptamer offers a novel approach to prepare the dual-recognition sensing interface and exhibits extensive adaptability and broad application prospects for the measurement, inspection and control of hazardous chemical substances in the complex matrices.
