Аннотация
Developing advanced adsorbents with integrated recognition and detection capabilities for trace contaminants in complex matrices remains a critical challenge in environmental monitoring and food safety control. Herein, we report an innovative magnetic molecularly imprinted polymer (MZMIPs), strategically engineering magnetic graphene oxide as the core substrate, functionalized with β-cyclodextrin-modified ZIF-8 as a bifunctional monomer and methacrylic acid as co-monomer. The optimized MZMIPs demonstrate remarkable bisphenol A adsorption performance, achieving an exceptional capacity of 40.88 mg/g with ultrafast adsorption kinetics (equilibrium within 30 min). Systematic analysis through adsorption isotherms and kinetic modeling revealed a monolayer chemisorption-dominated process. Notably, the adsorbent maintains over 81 % initial capacity after five regeneration cycles, demonstrating outstanding structural stability and reusability. When deployed as a sample pretreatment platform combining HPLC-UV, the method achieved an impressive detection limit of 0.25 μg/L. Practical validation in complex aqueous systems (environmental water, milk, and tea beverages) yielded excellent recovery rates (93.4 %-103.7 %) with RSDs<5 %. This work establishes a robust analytical platform that integrates selective enrichment and sensitive detection capabilities, showing significant potential for monitoring endocrine-disrupting compounds in environmental and food matrices.
